Terms of Service

ClonnerBuddy is a paid tool that processes a Framer website URL you submit and packages the downloadable files — such as HTML, CSS, images, fonts, and other assets — into a ZIP archive. When processing finishes, we email a download link to your Google account email.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use ClonnerBuddy. You sign in with a Google account, and your Google account email becomes your delivery address — so keep it accurate and secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, let us know right away.

Only submit websites you have permission to download or reproduce. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to process and reproduce anything you submit.

ClonnerBuddy does not grant you any rights to content, designs, images, fonts, code, or other intellectual property belonging to someone else. Ownership of the source website's materials stays exactly where it was — with their owners.

ClonnerBuddy runs on credits. A one-time payment of $10 USD buys 9 credits, and each clone costs 3 credits — enough for 3 websites. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown before you pay, and any applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Credits stay on your account until you use them, and you only pay again when your balance runs out.

Delivery happens by email, not by instant download on the website. After you spend a credit to start a clone, we process the website and send the ZIP download link to your Google account email.

Processing time depends on the size and complexity of the website. You don't need to keep any page open while you wait — but do make sure the email address on your account can receive mail.

Static content and downloadable assets can generally be processed, but dynamic functionality, forms, animations, external services, and third-party integrations may not be reproduced exactly — or at all. The exported files are provided “as is” and may need developer work before they can be hosted as a replacement for the original site.

Because each payment covers processing work, top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits have been spent on completed clones.

If your clone fails and no ZIP is delivered, the spent credit is refunded to your balance automatically. For anything else billing-related, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

When using ClonnerBuddy, you agree not to:

• Submit websites you don't have permission to download or reproduce.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service or its payment flow.
• Misrepresent your identity or your rights to a submitted website.

The ClonnerBuddy name, logo, website, and service (excluding files generated from websites you submit) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any of that — just a limited right to use the service as intended.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms it, its users, or third parties. You can stop using ClonnerBuddy at any time by signing out and simply not coming back — there's nothing to cancel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClonnerBuddy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any issues arising from how you use the exported files.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the clone in question.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use ClonnerBuddy after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
